2 Day
Professional Group Course
(taught as a group of 3 people)
£550
This is a 2 day intensive course covering everything you need to know about starting your own casting business (including examples & start-up kit worth £100). The course will be taken as part of a group; this will allow you to be around other likeminded creative people. Group courses are great as you can benefit from any questions they have that you may not have asked, also you can see each other do well or see each other maybe make some mistakes (you have to make mistakes to learn from them!). All of which will help you gain understanding, and I will be there to guide you all in the right direction, no mistakes are bad it’s actually important to make them, it’s a safe space to learn. Meeting likeminded people will also be a benefit for after the course, you may find keeping in touch with fellow attendees could lead to further business in the future, or maybe even just someone to talk to about castings and how you’re both getting on.
As a group you will be encouraged to ask as many questions as you like and I will be there to answer them and guide you to making perfect castings and finishing them to a professional standard.
This course will take place at Whipsnade Village Hall, LU6 2LG (near Whipsnade zoo). It is a large space with plenty of parking. You will each have your own station to work from and a baby model to take moulding of provided (aged anywhere between newborn-1 year).
